Donamaris stands behind everything we sell and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the item you received is defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service representatives for assistance with either replacing the original defective item or providing a refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason on undamaged products. You may return the product within 30 days of delivery to the designated shipping address for a refund, which will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item in our warehouse. Refunds are provided as a credit card or PayPal refund.

To ensure eligibility for a refund, please make sure that the returned item includes all accessories and the original packaging. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you return the item for personal reasons such as choosing the wrong product or no longer needing it, we will only provide an 80% refund.

Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Keep in mind that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and returned items may be rejected if they do not meet the requirements listed above.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Donamaris customer service to explain why you want to return the product, providing related videos or photos if necessary.
  2. Customer service will send a Return Label (RL) to your email.
  3. Print the RL and send back the original package within 30 days for a valid return.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Donamaris will process the refund within two business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. The shipping label will be printed exactly as you have entered it. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a processing fee of 20% will be charged, and no shipping refund will be issued.

If you would like the product to be re-shipped to a US address, an additional shipping/handling fee of $28 will apply. Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any inconvenience and additional fees.
