All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We work hard to fulfill and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand shipping destinations in the future.

We use reliable carriers to deliver your orders with the following estimated transit times (these are estimates and are subject to change):

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout unless you select expedited shipping or special handling options (if applicable). Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking information for it to become active.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and includes any necessary details such as apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order. Please contact customer support if you wish to reship your order after such an event.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you believe your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins. After your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
